OEM production of the world's first "cocoa husk incense"

Bridge and Blend , an incense brand run by Project Felicia , has teamed up with VANILLABEANS, a craft chocolate shop based in Yokohama, to produce the world's first incense made from cocoa husk, the outer skin of the cocoa bean. This product is a groundbreaking initiative that focuses on cocoa husk, which has never before been used as an incense ingredient, and is the first in the world to be commercialized as a sustainable upcycled material and transformed into a fragrance.


This project is a collaboration between VANILLABEANS and Re LABO, an upcycling project promoted by textile trading company Moririn Co. , Ltd. , and is attracting attention both domestically and internationally as a fragrance experience that connects tradition and innovation.


The aroma, which makes use of the roasted flavor of cocoa husk while blending sandalwood, cinnamon, cloves, etc., gives off a sweet and soft aroma similar to chocolate, creating a relaxing experience through the sense of smell.
